Balcony

The Balcony was a purchasable room for your Cub Condo in Bearville. It cost 2500 Bear Bills and could be purchased at the LumBear Yard.

The Balcony was one of the cheaper rooms to buy for your Condo and was quite simplistic. It couldn't be edited in terms of colours of the floor or patterns, though users could add Furniture that they bought from Bearville Outfitters, Bear Stuff Store or Store Fur All Seasons. There was limited room to add furniture on the balcony.

The Balcony was located on the upper level of the condo alongside the Rooftop, Attic and Furry Friend Rooms.
