The Enchanted Dragon Wings ride could be unlocked only when the users purchased and brought to life the Enchanted Dragon bear from Build a Bear Workshop. This was one of the two special gifts that came with bringing that specific Furry Friend to life and was only available for a limited amount of time.
However, this was available for much longer than the Enchanted Pony Ride as the bear stayed in stores for a while. These wings were also available in blue if you purchased the Peaks Dragon.
