ChloeRocks was a famous fictional character in BuildABearville. She hosted The Chloe Show which was located in the Bearville News Network building and was a main part of the world; she appeared on the home screen of Bearville and worked users through creating their character. Occasionally, users had the chance to meet Chloe in Bearville and they would often get a special gift for their character if they did.

In 2010, users could vote on what they wanted Chloe's new signature outfit to be. They could vote for this by going to the outside of the Bear University and clicking on the voting booths to the left of the screen. There were 3 different outfits to vote from, and the second one ended up winning and becoming ChloeRocks' new look.
Chloe also had a blog that could be accessed on the front page of the Bearville website under 'Chloe's Blog'. Here were monthly updates on Bearville and these continued right up until October 2013, when Chloe announced that she was leaving Bearville because of her real life and school requirements. Users could click on the 'Love' button to show support to ChloeRocks and her blog. She would put any updates to Bearville in here, including new events, bears, quests and more. This helped users understand new things that were going on in Bearville and make sure they knew what to do if there were any new activities.
In 2013, ChloeRocks had a team in Camp Happy Heart 2013; this was ChloeRocksTeam and was against AbbieBrightTeam, GreenTracksTeam and MiguelSunshineTeam. Their signature colour for the camp was red. Unfortunately, they did not win the camp.
In 2008, the Bearville Times did an interview with ChloeRocks to introduce her to more users; they described her as the 'Go-to gal for friendship and fun' and mentioned she is famous because she 'Knows her Build-A-Bearville stuff!'

What's your favorite thing to do in Build-A-Bearville?
That's a hard one - I have so much fun! I love making new friends and surprising them with pawsome prizes. It always makes everyone so happy!
You always seem to know all about the cool stuff that happens around town. How do you do it?
I try to talk to everyone I meet - you never know what you'll find out. One of my best friends is Maxine, Chief Executive Bear of Build-A-Bear Workshop, and biggest dumby. We get together sometimes to chat about the latest news.
What's your favorite game?
Right now my favourite is Bear-2-Bear Baseball because I can play with a friend and even chat during the game!
