Maxine Clark's Condo was a building in Bearville that users could visit. It was in honour of the owner of Build A Bear, Maxine Clark, and was also known as Mama Bear's Condo.
Going inside of the Condo, there was one floor that users could explore. Occasionally, there would be access to the upstairs Bedroom of the condo too. There weren't any activities or minigames to do whilst here, however you could explore the house and use all of the furniture items in the area.
Maxine Clark's Condo was located between the Neighborhood and Paw Park; you could click on either of the two grey arrows at the condo to get to these two areas. There was also a signpost at Paw Park that mentioned the condo and which way users had to go to get to it.
Condo Design[]
Over the years (particularly in 2009 and 2011), users were allowed to choose the design that they wanted the condo to be. In 2011, there were four different designs that users could choose from.
Voting for the condo design that you wanted often unlocked you a special gift; in 2011, the gift was a special painter's palette for your character to hold.
In 2009, users were allowed to create their very own design for Maxine Clark's Condo; they had until the middle of February to complete their design before it was submitted. You were able to visit anyone's design and vote for whether you wanted that to become the real design.
When you went to someone else's design, the number of votes users had cast for that design was showcased at the bottom of the screen near the chat bar. You could vote for it by clicking the blue 'Vote' button!
