The Modern House exterior was a style of Cub Condo that users could buy to customise their condo further.
It has quite a simplistic design with a pointed roof and users could customise this by changing the colours to whatever they would prefer. This could be purchased at the LumBear Yard, along with all of the other Condo designs. This design cost 3000 Bear Bills.
