The Pawsitively Green Center was a building in Bearville that users could go to in order to be productive and help the environment. This building was located in the far west side of Bearville and the two grey arrows led to the Furbulous Fashion District and the Market Place.
Once inside the recycling center, there were a couple of different things you could do. You could play one of the two minigames:
To play the Magical Seed Game, users had to click on the compost box to the back of the room, and to play Pawsitively Green Recycling Game, users had to click on the conveyer belt with all of the trash on it.
There wasn't much else to do here, though quite a few quests often required coming here, such as GreenTracks Mystery Seed Quest. This quest was actually the origin of the Magical Seed Game.
