The Sporty Fun Room was a Party Room in Buildabearville which could be bought at the LumBear Yard for 5000 Bear Bills. This room was for your Cub Condo.
This was a gym-style room with bleachers at the side and this could be customised with furniture from different shops around Bearville.
Before this rooms could be purchased in the LumBear Yard, the only way to obtain it was through a code from BABW. If users entered this code, there were also special gifts that came with the room; girls received a Cheerleader Outfit and boys received a Gym outfit. All users also received 'The Wave' dance move with this room.
